Practical Requirements
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer — mobile only will not be sufficient for the coursework and tools covered
- Reliable internet connection for live weekly calls
- A Google or Microsoft account for cloud-based tools used in the Technology pillar
- A notebook or digital journaling tool for the Self Leadership work
Time Commitment
- Minimum 5–7 hours per week dedicated to the program
- Attendance at weekly live group execution calls (recordings available but live participation is strongly encouraged)
- Completion of pillar assignments between sessions — this is not a passive program
Where You Should Be
- You have some life or professional experience behind you — this program is not designed for someone brand new to adulthood or the workforce
- You have at least one skill, service, or area of expertise you can begin to monetize — MYE helps you structure and scale it, not discover it from scratch
