I don’t have a tech background. Is MYE for me?
Yes. MYE is designed for people who are starting from zero in tech — and for people who have some skills but haven’t put them together into a system. You don’t need prior experience. You need commitment. Every skill in the program is taught from first principles, with hands-on labs every Thursday so you build as you learn.
What if I can’t make a live session?
Every session is recorded and automatically posted to your Pensight student portal after the call. You can rewatch any session anytime. That said — the live room is where the real work happens. Feedback is live. Questions get answered in real time. Coaching happens on the call, not in the replay. We recommend attending live as the default. The recording is a backup, not a substitute.
How is MYE different from an online course?
A course gives you content. MYE gives you a system and a room. Every Tuesday is teaching. Every Thursday is a lab — you build something real in real time with Coach Sheeca in the room reviewing your work. You leave with a finished demo reel, a packaged offer, and a built digital presence. You don’t finish MYE with more knowledge. You finish with actual assets you can show a paying client on day one.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
If you complete all 12 weeks, submit every project, and attend live sessions — and you haven’t landed a paying client, gig, or income opportunity using your new skills within 90 days of graduating — Coach Sheeca will work with you 1:1 at no additional cost for up to 6 months post-graduation until you do. The guarantee is real. It exists because the program works when you do the work. The only people who don’t get results are the ones who don’t show up.
I already have a full-time job. Can I still do this?
MYE was built for working professionals. Two sessions per week — Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm EST — each around 90 minutes. Recordings available if you miss. The program is designed to fit into a working schedule without requiring you to quit your job or blow up your life. Most students are employed when they start. Many are building their income engine alongside their current job — so that by the time they leave, they have something real to transition into.
